"X3 built a brand new residential building for us in Santa Monica. 2 large apartments, a complete underground garage, expansive rooftop, elevator and high quality finishes. The project took a bit over 2 years and included the complete tear down of the existing home, and during challenging times with the pandemic and global supply chain issues. Kamran, Alex and team were highly professional and great to work with throughout the process. Of course, the experience had a few bumps, but even when these happened the team was fair and held themselves accountable. We had a high degree of trust which was very helpful given that we did not live locally to oversee the project frequently. They also take a lot of pride in their work and the result speaks for itself. I would happily recommend them and offer to be a reference anytime."

"I definitely did my research on different companies that could help me with my complete gut and remodel of my home. Upon friend referrals and doing my research about X3 Build online, I decided to move forward with them. What I loved about the experience was that they gave me different options for each scenario we approached. Such as different wood floors that were all in separate price ranges.
